Mark your calendars, Bound Brook! On Thursday, June 15 the Bound Brook Memorial Library will offer an afternoon of family-friendly fun at the Bound Brook Elks Club located on E Second St. and Maiden Lane.

Residents of Bound Brook and South Bound Brook are invited to join the staff of the Bound Brook Memorial Library from 3:30-7:00 p.m. to celebrate joining the Somerset County Library System.

A great lineup of programs, performers, children’s games, refreshments and prizes is being planned. Attendance is free. Registration is not required!

Throughout the summer, all branches of the Somerset County Library System will offer an Open House day, welcoming our new patrons from Bound Brook and South Bound Brook to the library system.

Although Bound Brook and South Bound Brook patrons may visit and use the other branches of the Somerset County Library System at any time, the Open House events offer an opportunity to tour the library with a staff member present, sign up for library cards and learn about the wealth of resources available to each and every library cardholder.

The library offers a full roster of fun summer programs for all ages available for online viewing and registering at www.somerset.lib.nj.us. Just click on the Program menu and select the library branch nearest you! Check back often as the library frequently adds new events!

The Somerset County Library System has library branches in Bound Brook (currently closed for construction), Bridgewater, Hillsborough, North Plainfield, Peapack, Rocky Hill, Warren and Watchung.
