www.08805.com has returned, apparently because of this bill which was sponsored by Assemblyman Peter Biondi.  According to Gary the Site Admin over at 08805, "recent developments have truly stirred my ire. Pete Biondi's ludicrous attempt to pass an unconstitutional illegal law is the main thing. And I am glad free speech proponents from all over the country and beyond have stood up and told Pete what they think about this. I don't know who these politicians think they are, but we have constitutional rights in this country that have stood for over 200 years, and I'll be d---ed if I will stand around and watch them get trampled on."
